The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms smelled of mold, and the smoke lingered in the non-smoking area due to the neighboring club, the lounge experience fell short of expectations. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to investigate issues. The convenient location near Media City makes it a good choice for those with business in the area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The room was initially smelly due to smoke, but the replacement was spacious, clean, and modern. Staying at the hotel from 11th March to 18th March 2022, with the skyscrapers towering around, came at double the price of a superior room at other hotels from the same brand. However, the experience was of a very high standard with a comfortable bed and top-notch service. The location was great for exploring the city, but not amazing due to being on a busy thoroughfare. The dining experience was exceptional, better than other hotels visited worldwide, especially the variety of juices, fruits, and meats. However, there was room for improvement in bathroom cleanliness and facilities attention.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms had the best views, even at 7 pm, and were so comfortable. The staff, especially Mr Magesh and Ms., were genuinely concerned and friendly. However, the pool could get a bit crowded during busy times.
