helpful staff beautiful room food order

The front desk helped me when I ordered food. They contacted me about my Uber Eats order. The room looked beautiful every day. Prakash, the room attendant, was very helpful .

I noticed the restaurants did not encourage guests. Perhaps there should be more advertising. I didn't feel encouraged to order there. Maybe they can enhance the dining experience.

great breakfast attentive team late checkout

the location near the training center was nice. i enjoyed a diverse breakfast with many options. the team gave great customer service. nadeem let me check out late, a thing i appreciate.

the tv was old. it was hard to use the remote. netflix and youtube were not available. channel choices were limited. there were no international channels except for cnn and bbc.

the hotel features a rooftop pool, and this has many loungers. the gym includes some treadmills. guests can access an executive center located on the tenth floor that provides some down town views.

dirty furniture cockroach problem

I found this hotel quite disappointing. The furniture is old and the carpet not cleaned properly. I also saw small cockroaches everywhere. The mini-fridge was not working and they replaced it only the next day.

the gym is quite small, which wasn't ideal.
